계정 삭제 및 관련 데이터 삭제를 원하시는 경우 아래 방법을 참고해 주세요

1 삭제 요청방법

게임내 계정삭제 버튼 혹은 이메일을 통해 삭제 요청을 접수해 주세요

설정 - 어카운트 - 페이지 하단의 계정삭제 버튼을 눌러 삭제 요청

[이메일 접수]
아래 내용을 포함하여 [email protected]로 접수
-유저ID  (설정 - 어카운트 - 페이지에 적혀있는 유저 ID)

2 삭제 시 포함되는 항목

-계정 정보 (이메일, 유저 ID)
-게임 진행 데이터
-구매 내역 등

3 처리 기간

[게임 내 계정삭제 버튼으로 접수]
-즉시 처리 됩니다

[이메일 접수]
-요청 후 최대 7일 이내 처리 됩니다

4 주의사항

-계정 삭제시, 어떠한 유저 관련 정보와 데이터도 남지 않으며 복구가 불가능합니다

1 How to Request Deletion

Please submit your account deletion request via the in-game account deletion button  or email.

Go to Settings → Account → Scroll down and click the account deletion button to submit your request.

Please send your request to info@ with the following information:
User ID 
(found in Settings → Account, listed at the bottom of the page).

2 Data That Will Be Deleted

- Account information (email, user ID)  
- Game progress data  
- Purchase history, etc. 

3 Processing Time

[Submit via in-game account deletion button]
-Request will be processed immediately.

[Submit via email]
-Request will be processed within 7 business days after submission.

4 Important Notice

Once the account is deleted, all user-related information and data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
